Home or business licence?
Licence terms matter. Microsoft 365 Family and Personal are for home and non-commercial use, so a business should use a Business plan instead. Windows Pro adds features that offices need, such as BitLocker encryption and joining a company domain. We explain the terms before you buy, so you pay once for the right licence.
Installation and activation
Digital licences are delivered by email or through your Microsoft account. If you prefer, we install the software, activate it and move your settings, either at our office in Kandy, on-site or through a remote session. Setup is quoted with the licence or covered by our IT support plans.

Are your licences genuine?
Yes. We sell licences from authorised Sri Lankan distributors and the manufacturers’ own channels, never grey-market keys that can be blocked later.
Can I use Microsoft 365 Family for my business?
No. The Family and Personal plans are licensed for home, non-commercial use. Businesses should use Microsoft 365 Business plans, which we can supply and set up.
How are digital licences delivered?
By email with the product key or a redemption link, usually on the same working day after payment is confirmed.
Can I move a licence to a new computer?
It depends on the licence type. Subscriptions move easily between devices, while some Windows licences are tied to the original computer. We will check your licence for you.
