This policy explains how Eudora Technology (Private) Limited (“Eudora”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit eudora.lk, place an order, use Build Your Project or contact us. We handle personal information in line with Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email, billing and delivery addresses, and what you bought.
- Account details: your login email and password (stored in encrypted form), saved addresses and saved projects.
- Enquiries: what you send us through contact, quote and support forms, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Project builder data: your answers and the items in a saved project.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, used to run and improve the website.
We do not collect card numbers. If card payments are added in future, they will be processed by a licensed payment provider on its own secure pages.
How we use it
- To process orders, deliver products, carry out installations and provide services you request.
- To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and provide support and warranty service.
- To send service messages such as order updates, renewal reminders and installation appointments.
- To send offers or newsletters, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with courier and delivery partners, payment providers, domain registries and hosting or software providers when you buy those services, and our website and email providers. Manufacturers’ local agents may receive product and contact details when we process a warranty claim for you. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for the cart, checkout and your account. We may also use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries and saved projects are kept while they are useful to you, and deleted on request unless we must keep them by law.

The website uses encrypted connections, access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and systems are kept updated and backed up. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password for your account.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent to marketing or object to certain uses. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
