Frequently asked questions
Will we lose emails when we move?
No, when the move is planned. We copy existing mailboxes to the new service and switch the domain records only when the copies are complete.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Accounts and billing are set up in your company’s name, and we use a separate admin account for support that you can remove at any time.
Do we need a cloud server?
Many small businesses do not. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace covers email and files. A cloud server makes sense for business software, databases or remote desktop access.
Can you support staff working from home?
Yes. Cloud email and file storage work from anywhere, and we can add secure remote access, device policies and backups for laptops outside the office.
