These terms apply when you use eudora.lk or buy products and services from Eudora Technology (Private) Limited, Colombo Road, Kandy (“Eudora”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
- Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees. We try to keep prices and stock information accurate, but errors can happen. If a price is wrong, we will contact you before processing the order.
- Product images are for illustration. Specifications come from manufacturers and may change without notice.
- Prices can change without notice. The price confirmed in your order is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email, phone or WhatsApp, or when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, and we will refund any payment already made.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are processed once the payment reaches our account. Installation and service work may require an advance, which will be stated in your quote.
Delivery
Delivery charges and times are explained on our shipping and installation page. Please check your parcel when it arrives and report missing or damaged items within 7 days.
Installation and on-site services
- Installation prices cover the standard work described in the package or quote. Extra cabling, special mounting or changes on the day are charged only after you agree.
- You are responsible for giving safe access, any permissions needed from landlords or neighbours, and suitable power points.
- Cameras must be positioned in line with privacy laws. We may advise against positions that record neighbouring property or public areas more than necessary.
Quotes and the project builder
Totals shown in Build Your Project are estimates based on current prices. Written quotes are valid for 7 days. Work that depends on the site is confirmed after a site visit.
Hosting, domains, websites and marketing
- Hosting, domains, email and care plans renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send reminders before renewals.
- You must not use our hosting for illegal content, spam, malware or activity that harms other customers. We may suspend services that break these rules.
- Domain registrations follow the rules of the relevant registry, including the LK Domain Registry for .lk domains.
- Websites, designs and content we create become yours once the project is paid in full. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain under their own licences.
Software licences
Software is supplied under the publisher’s licence terms. Once a licence key has been revealed or activated, it cannot be returned.
Warranty and returns
Warranty and returns are covered in our returns and warranty policy.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for providing products and services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, or for problems caused by misuse, power surges, lightning, unauthorised repairs or third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.
Website use
Content on this website belongs to Eudora or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
