Delivery charges
- Rs 500 flat per order anywhere in Sri Lanka.
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 25,000.
- Digital products such as software licences are delivered by email at no charge.
Delivery times
Most orders are dispatched within one to two working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes one to three working days depending on your location and the courier. Large items and some special orders can take longer, and we will tell you if this applies to your order.
Receiving your parcel
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, take photos and tell us within 7 days. For cash on delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready if possible.
Installation areas
Standard installation covers the Central Province: the Kandy, Matale and Nuwara Eliya districts. We can take on installations in other districts on request, with travel and accommodation costs included in the quote.
Site visits
For CCTV, networking, smart locks and larger projects, we recommend a site visit before installation. We check positions, cable routes and power, then send a written quote. See the site visit package for current terms.
Booking and installation day
- We confirm the installation date and time by phone or WhatsApp.
- Please make sure someone is available to give access and approve positions on the day.
- Standard cabling is run in casing. Concealed wiring, trenching or work at unusual heights is quoted separately.
- We test the system, set up apps and show you how everything works before we leave.
Your responsibilities
- Safe access to the areas where we will work.
- Permission from the owner, landlord or management where needed.
- Power points near recorders, routers and other equipment, or an agreed plan for new ones.
